Harmonia was founded in 1999 in Blacksburg, VA. Over the years we have developed the LiquidApps® suite of development tools. LiquidApps® brings user interface design and development from the programmers to the subject matter expert who is best able to develop the software. Additional modules convert legacy code such as Ada to Java. Harmonia developed the UIML language to allow user interfaces to work on multiple platforms without recoding the application. Harmonia has worked on a number of major software development projects over the years and refined the software and the systems it operates on. IDIQ contract issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center, US Navy for $25M to provide software development and related support services. This five year defense contract was awarded in December 2006.

Harmonia Federal has teamed with the prime contractor Suhdutsing Technologies on their IDIQ multi-year contract awarded by SPAWAR for C4ISR requirements.

Mrs. Saboo is Harmonia's Chief Executive Officer and leads its Product Management and Commercialization efforts. Mrs. Saboo has helped to successfully commercialize Harmonia's previous tool suites (LiquidUI®, LiquidApps®, etc.) making license sales to the DoD, the Prime contractors community, and the commercial sector.

Mrs. Saboo is an electrical engineer and has an MBA, with a specialization in marketing, from Virginia Tech, where the University honored her as a distinguished alumnus and member of the Ut Prosim Society. Mrs. Saboo is an entrepreneur with a unique understanding of technology as well as business and strategic issues. She has a thirteen-year track record of building and operating successful technology and technology related services companies. She started her entrepreneurial career in 1994, co-founding Concept Software, a software services firm that specialized in large, high-end client/server systems for Fortune 500 clients, while adding new functionality to complex systems (such as for the Dept. of Justice). She sold Concept Software in 1999 and subsequently co-founded Installation Included Inc., where she helped in the development of its state-of-the-art IT systems, and helped raise more than $17M in funding and helped establish strategic alliances with large Fortune 500 corporations in the government and private sector.

At Harmonia, Mrs. Saboo is responsible for developing & executing business plans, marketing strategies, product roadmaps, and client management. She is also responsible for raising commercialization capital, establishing strategic alliances, and cross-market development. Among her many honors, Mrs. Saboo serves on the Virginia Governor's Board of Small Business Financing Authority.
