Our basic support level for product support and help desk assistance is available from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Harmonia's integrated case tracking system keeps your issue from becoming "lost" and ensures a proper and complete resolution. We have escalation procedures so calls can be addressed at the appropriate level of support. Expanded support is available up to 24 x 7 x 365 days a year. Support is provided by telephone, email, and on-site as best meets your needs. We also have strong manufacturer relationships which can provide additional technical support if needed.
